The three Bosnian pyramids are surrounded in controversy. The largest of them is called the Pyramid of the Sun and stands an impressive 722 feet tall, almost 60 percent taller than the Great Pyramid of Giza. While some scientists consider the Bosnian pyramids nothing more than odd yet natural structures, there are many others who intend to invalidate this claim by presenting evidence supporting the claim that they were indeed built by humans.
The pyramids were studied by a team of scientists that concluded they were at least 24,800 years old and had been constructed out of sandstone and conglomerate blocks held in place by a concrete mixture similar to that used by ancient Romans. Excavations were orchestrated by Semir Osmanagic, the man who discovered the pyramids in 2005, near the town of Visoko, in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He claims the outer walls were made from concrete conglomerate blocks that have been covered in soil and vegetation in the thousands of years that have passed since the pyramids were abandoned. Osmanagic said that the pyramids are aligned with the Earth’s cardinal points and point to stellar north.
“Although tens of thousands of pyramids have been discovered across the planet, none have the construction quality and date back as far as the ones in Bosnia,” Osmanagic said. “Bosnia is the original pyramid, the oldest and largest ever constructed. It has an exact zero degree North orientation and is potentially the key to releasing information about ancient technology that can free the world of its dependence of fossil fuel…”
According to Osmanagic, the area is home to strange electromagnetic phenomena. He claims to have detected an energy beam with a radius of 15 feet (4.5 meters) and a frequency of 28 kHz is emitted from the top of the Sun pyramid. This beam is sometimes accompanied by an ultrasound one, with a radius of 33 feet (10 meters) and operating at a similar frequency.
Similar beams have been reported to shoot out of several other pyramids all around the world. Is it possible that these ancient structures once served as power generators?
Osmanagic’s claims are yet to be verified by the scientific community but one thing is for sure: the Bosnian pyramids need to be further studied.
